• Conducted every Saturday at 7:30 AM IST.
• Integrates teachings from the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and Puranas with modern psychology.
• Focuses on strengthening the mind, improving self-restraint, building confidence, and achieving peace in life.

My Beliefs

I encourage students to focus on the knowledge and insights gained through my courses. There is no need to subscribe, like, or share my videos or page. Instead, I am happiest when students apply what they've learned and share their knowledge with others, creating a ripple effect of wisdom.
